I woke up this morning at 8:30 and went running. I only ran 1.85 miles because my feet were starting to hurt. I don't really want to have to deal with blisters right now so I stopped and will continue to get my feet used to my shoes before I really start to push myself. That is the last thing I need right now is an injury or something to keep me from running.
I am also going to start doing crunches and push-ups everyday too.....this week I will work on 3 sets of 20 crunches and 3 sets of 10 push-ups (the girly ones!! Lol).
Well anyway, hopefully this Sunday I will be able to report a weight loss! Wish me luck this week!

What a great attitude. I had one of those weeks last week and was not nearly as positive about it as you are. It paid off this week though. Good luck and I'm sure you'll have a great week!
