My new best friends!!
The second week was a little harder than the first. I wanted to eat unhealthy snacks and knew that I couldn't because I didn't want to waste points. Instead I would eat a piece of fruit or a vegetable because with the points plus program, fruits and veggies are free points. It is really helping me to make better choices.
My exercise wasn't too great which I was kind of mad about. I've got to get into the habit of exercising. I LOVE the way it makes me feel. Now that I don't have school in the morning it will be much easier to do so.
Since I am on here posting about last week I will go ahead and post about this week. Some people from work are getting a team together to do the Ragnar race next year and I said that I would do it. I've got to start running daily and pushing myself so that I can be in shape for it next year. I know that carrying all this weight is really slowing me down and making it VERY difficult so that is all the more motivation to lose it! I ran for the first time today in months and it was a killer! I can't wait to be 50lbs lighter! It will make things SO much easier!
Eating this week was ok. I stayed within my daily points and I actually have 30 points left over but my work schedule was BRUTAL which made it VERY hard! I was soooo bored half the time and all I really wanted to do was eat. Isn't that HORRIBLE?? Yes, it is. But I pushed through it and made it to the end of this week.
Exercise this week didn't go too well. I did the stationary bike once and then ran today and that was it! My goal for this upcoming week is to do something EVERY day and to run at least 3 times for 45 minutes. Next week I will report on how that went!
I will record my weigh in tomorrow!

This is such a good idea! What a good motivation to post where everyone can see. You're doing so good! I'm proud of you! Keep up the good work! Ragnar will be a piece of cake by next year... Or a piece of watermelon? lol
