So the last time I blogged, we had bought our home. We LOVE our home! I absolutely love having a place to call mine. I have had so much fun decorating it the way that I want.
Last summer I got a new job working as a Emergency Medical Dispatcher for Gold Cross Ambulance which has been a huge blessing for me because it works so well with my school hours. I have been able to get a lot of classes in and guess what.....drum roll....I will finally have my degree next year!!! Oh how wonderful that will be! I have been working for it for so long, or so it seems...I did have an 18 month break (mission) that made it feel even longer....I'm just so excited to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Anyway Mike graduated last semester with an associates in Para-medicine. I am so proud of him, he is such a hard worker. He is taking pre-med classes this summer and fall semester and is working hard towards getting his pre-med requirements done so that he can apply to medical school. It's a few years down the road, but he is determined and has the smarts to do so.
We had our 3rd anniversary this last March, we celebrated by going to Disneyland. We LOVE Disneyland. We were in California for 10 days and had a blast!
We are celebrating my 26th birthday (I know, I am getting SO OLD!!!!) by going up to Park City tomorrow. We are staying in the Stein Eriksen Lodge. Our room is HUGE, I'm very excited. We are also going to have a 3 course meal that night in one of their restaurants, I will let you know how it goes! Then Saturday, May 7th my actual b-day, we are having family and friends come over to roast marshmallows and hot dogs over our fire pit in our back yard.

Stein Eriksen Lodge!
