Our new home!

Well here is our new home! We are so excited! We prayed and prayed about whether or not we should buy a home and we felt good about it so we started looking. The fact that we are getting a 4.8% interest rate and the $8,000 tax credit helped make us feel better about our decision. The mortgage will only be a couple hundred dollars more than what we are paying in rent and since Mike is graduating from Paramedic school this month we felt that the decision was a good and smart one.
