Summer fun!

Well it's been a long time since i last posted. Not a lot has happened but we have been having tons of fun! We are loving the fact that we don't have to go to school. It has certainly given us a lot more time to be able to hang out together.
We have been going to Lagoon quite a bit because we bought season passes!! (LOL!!) We absolutely love it! The other day when we went it started pouring! So we went into one of the shops to get an umbrella or just a jacket or something. The umbrellas were $10 so we were like forget it! But they had some really nice jackets with the lagoon logo on them for only $15 so we got two! We were matching!! The day was awesome though! The lines weren't long at all so we got to ride a ton of rides over and over! We went on the jumping dragon and it's totally lame! I felt so sick after i got off of it!!
Also we have gone to see UP, it's such a cute movie! I cried during parts of it. You really just have to go see it! It's the best one Pixar has out so far. I have also gone to see Star Trek, i wasn't expecting much but it was such a good show! I really loved it and i hope to go see it again with Mike.
This week we have been watching all of the Terminator shows! (we have a clearplay DVD player so it cuts out all of the rated R stuff) We have been watching them so that we can go see the 4th Terminator movie that is out in the Theaters. I hear it is really good but i had never seen the other ones so we decided to watch them before we go!
Other movies that we plan to go see is HARRY POTTER!!! I am so excited for this one to come out! We are going to go see it on opening day! Also we are pretty excited for the new Transformers movie that is coming out. I just barely watched the first one the other day (because Mike told me it was good and we bought it) and i LOVED IT!! I thought it was going to be lame but it wasn't! I judge things way too fast!
Another thing that we are going to be doing this summer is going to the STADIUM OF FIRE!! I am so excited! I got two tickets for the price of one! This lady on KSL was selling them becasue they bought them but they will be out of town so she just wanted to get rid of them! I am super stoked though because i love going and Mike has never been so i am excited to see what he thinks of it! We are going to go up there on the 3rd and camp out in a campers world spot close by and then come home on Sunday the 5th! It's going to be a blast!
We are also planning a trip to Bryce/Zions canyon and the end of July that will be fun!!!
Well that is it for now but i will get back to you with all of the pictures of our adventures this summer!

Great update! Sounds like you've seen a lot of good movies. I'll need to check some of them out. Oh - and the new Harry Potter movie is SO exciting! I'm brimming with anticipation!

Sounds like an exciting summer so far! When you go to Lagoon, if you want to save on parking prices, you can always park at our place and walk over! So much cheaper! I loved UP to... very sad in some parts though! I am way excited for the new Transformers movie (didn't think I would be, but like you, I LOVED the first one!), Harry Potters and of course NEW MOON! Lets get together soon!

I LOVED up! its seriously the cutest movie I have ever seen in my whole life!

YES YES YES! its totally true that being on birth control, A- you will gain weight, and B- its harder to lose weight. its totally suckingly true. I am on Yasmin, and I instantly gained 10 lbs which is where I started my weight loss. the honest truth is in order to start losing weight while on birth control, is you have to do twice as much to get it started. But the good news, once you start losing weight, you can go back to your normal routine, its just that initial first 5 lbs that are SOOO hard.

I would recommend keeping your hear rate around 140( its the best for FAT LOSS, not for a cardio exercise, but fat loss) and I would suggest not weighing yourself for at least a month.

But seriously, you can do it, I promise, its hard, and exhausting but it is possible. I think most women who have that problem just give up and either dont work out, or get off birth control, but you dont need to. I would also suggest eating an apple right before you work out, it helps a lot!
